Weber Shandwick surveyed over 300 journalists across Asia Pacific to measure the influence of digital channels in terms of how they access, source, verify and publish their news.
For PR agencies and their clients, the results were highly insightful, suggesting the need to adapt to a new era media relations in the digital age. In addition, for those operating in the evolving brand publishing space, the survey indicates a broad acceptance from journalists not only to direct content created by brands, but also brand-owned websites and blogs.
