We partnered with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and its grantee ONE, the global anti-poverty organisation, to persuade politicians across Europe that smart overseas development spending is a worthwhile investment and should be protected – even during an economic downturn.
Around the Living Proof campaign launch in London, Paris and Berlin we secured high-level media coverage for Bill and Melinda Gates in top-tier British, French and German media. Politically influential outlets in which they appeared included The Andrew Marr Show and BBC Breakfast; Le Figaro Magazine, TF1 and RTL in Paris; and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Bild Zeitung and Deutschlandradio in Germany.
