- But we won’t stop there! The team is growing and we’re looking to bring in an Associate (Account Executive) with strong media relations experience to bring the heat.

What will you be doing?
- Developing strong media relationships, proactively identifying and driving media opportunities which support the client’s business objectives
- Meet with key media contacts face to face to form relationships and your little black book and feedback key information
- Building relationships with influencers and working across influencer activation campaigns, as well as bigger integrated campaigns
- Manage status reports, trackers and media lists for client accounts
- Generate story ideas, and play an active role in brainstorming sessions
- Staff client events, managing onsite media and influencers, contributing to event management materials like event bibles and guest lists
- Contribute to client meetings, bringing your updates to internal and external calls and meetings
- Demonstrating a solutions-first mindset, exploring multiple approaches when faced with a challenge
- Drafting various pieces of content including press releases and media alerts, media pitches and assisting the team to ensure copy is prepared, approved and submitted in line with deadlines and much more!
Ideal Experience required:
- Experience working on PR campaigns with national consumer brands
- Social media and/or digital experience – and be excited to explore the ample opportunities to develop these areas of the business
- Strong communication and client-handling skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Be happy presenting – whether internally or to a client
- Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

A snapshot of the role:
This is a client facing role where you will be exposed to a varied client portfolio and will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile communications campaigns across multiple markets.

What will you be doing?
- Managing multiple digital work streams across various client accounts
- Developing social media content and assist with content production from concept to execution
- Supporting influencer identification, coordination and management, including conducting research, maintaining databases and coordinating activation logistics in partnership with our influencer experts
- Conducting digital and social media platform and advertising research
- Overseeing digital evaluation and reporting and develop insights
- Preparing for and participate in client meetings, including accurately capturing notes, agenda action items, call recaps, updating trackers, timelines and status documents
- Keeping pace with social media / digital industry trends and developments
Who are you?
- Previous experience in a similar role at intermediate level
- Excellent project digital and social skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should have experience in at least three specialist areas – social listening, paid social, paid search, display advertising, SEO, organic content creation, influencer management and social/digital strategy development.

A snapshot of the role:
Weber Shandwick is looking for a talented Account Director to join the Corporate Enterprise team based in the London office.
The practice is made up of smart, dedicated, and fun team members with expertise spanning B2B, Corporate, Public Affairs, Crisis/Issues, Social Impact/ESG and Technology.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced practitioner who is curious, ambitious, proactive and friendly. You will enjoy working on a portfolio of well-known global brands, executing integrated campaigns involving earned media, strategy, creative, analytics and digital. You’ll lead the day-to-day running of accounts, provide counsel, manage budgets, and lead and inspire your team to deliver flawless execution of activities.
What will you be doing?
- Provide high-level strategic counsel to clients, being able to proactively identify and assess problems, define logical and effective strategies, and implement solutions on their behalf
- Be a highly trusted senior point of contact for clients, responsible for leading a team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development of both over-arching strategy and creative campaign ideas
- Act as a facilitator, bringing in specialist practitioners within the practice and throughout the wider London office to support in the delivery of integrated communications campaigns
- Lead market co-ordination for UK, international and global campaigns
- Oversee the flawless execution of media/campaign strategies of multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding communications and business goals, and the ability to link team efforts to these in order to demonstrate value and impact for clients
- Stay on top of industry news, trends and influencers in specific industries and be able to link these to your clients’ objectives
- Work effectively with finance colleagues to support the client lead in client budgeting and resource management, including forecasting, hours allocation for team members, project and plan budgeting, managing servicing levels
- Lead in the development and presentation of new business pitches
Who are you?
- Significant previous experience in comms or marketing is essential
- Strong experience working on corporate topics and campaigns for clients, with experience of sectors including tech, FMCG, energy, financial services and sustainability
- A strategic and growth mindset for our clients’ businesses and a nose for hunting opportunities
- Interested in the complex sustainability landscape, regularly reading media coverage on emerging topics and conversations
- Proficiency in both media relations and the delivery of an exceptional client experience
- A comprehensive roster of journalist contacts within corporate, business and/or sustainability at titles covering international, national and trade/vertical sector publications A proven ability to manage large and multi-market teams to deliver work of the highest quality
- Experience working with multiple disciplines and specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
- Mastery in copywriting a range of external and media materials including press releases, key message documents, pitches, social media content, etc.
- Familiarity with quantitative analytics and an ability to set and evaluate campaign metrics
- Strong presentation skills and a desire and experience being involved in new business pitching
- Experience developing and managing campaigns and being a day-to-day lead for clients, with a track record of providing strategic counsel
