What’s happening?
We’re looking for a highly organised and dynamic creative resource manager. You will assist with our growing creative services and strategy team’s workflow, ensuring all projects are moving from idea to execution seamlessly.
Working closely with all key practices, you will support on resource allocation for all projects and help build the right teams to ensure creative excellence is achieved, whilst hitting deadlines and profitability.
You’ll be a central point of contact between our creative, design, production, strategy, and client services teams – making sure everyone has what they need to deliver outstanding work.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the planning and engagement of resources across Creative, Production and Project teams, reporting into our Resource Director
- Ensuring accurate tracking of briefs, timelines and approvals
- Assisting with forecasting and managing creative resources, identifying pressure points and bottle necks and helping to solve them proactively
- Working closely with our Resource Director and internal finance team, to ensure monthly targets are being tracked and forecast correctly
- Helping drive commercial success through strategic resourcing and smart planning
- Developing and maintaining tools and systems that support seamless resource management
- Attending project kick-offs and planning meetings to define resource requirements
- Tracking and managing critical path documents and resourcing schedules
- Attending weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting using tools like Float
- Managing freelance resourcing and contributing to staffing plans and utilisation reports, highlighting any resource gaps, risks, and trends for senior leadership
- Continuously improving internal processes and project efficiencies
Who are you?
- Ideally you will have around 4-5 years’ experience in a project or resource management role at a creative agency
- Significant experience in project and stakeholder management within a creative agency environment
- Experience nurturing and building a multi-disciplined creative team
- Comfortable working closely with heads of departments to manage cost, time and efficiencies within each function
- Calm under pressure, able to prioritise and excited by a fast-paced agency environment

Join our dynamic team where innovation meets expertise. Weber Shandwick Manchester is seeking an engaged and driven Senior Associate to join our talented team and play a key role in delivering exceptional work for some of our most exciting clients, spanning both global and local markets.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience and embody qualities that are curious, ambitious, proactive, and collaborative. This role offers the chance to work with a portfolio of diverse, renowned brands on integrated campaigns that bring together expertise in earned media, strategy, creative, analytics, and digital innovation. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of accounts, contribute to strategic campaign and media planning, and ensure the seamless execution of activities — from content creation and media outreach to reporting and analysis.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the execution of media and campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Provide support in the day-to-day running of accounts, including preparing materials such as media lists, status updates, conducting media monitoring and compiling reports
- Contribute to strong client support and engagement, helping the team deliver an exceptional client experience
- Actively monitor news, trends, and influencers, and share relevant insights that align with your clients’ goals
- Support the preparation of new business pitches, including conducting research and creating presentation materials
Ideal experience required:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Consumer PR or marketing
- A news hound with an interest in brand and consumer communications and news
- Proficiency in both media relations, pitching news stories and landing coverage
- Mastery in developing media materials including press releases, key message documents, pitches, social media content, etc.
- Solid presentation skills and a desire and experience being involved in new business pitching
- Be an excellent communicator and possess strong writing skills, particularly the ability to digest complex information and turn it into compelling, understandable content
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for the client, practice and team
- Attentive to detail and quality
- Fluency in Microsoft programs and digital/social media platforms, tools and solutions

The office:
We encourage employees to spend 2-3 days in the office each week, with Tuesday and Thursday as our traditional ‘anchor days’ where the majority of the team will be in. We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to support our Influencer Strategy Lead and team across our existing accounts; and support the development of Weber Shandwick’s wider influencer proposition across the UK.
What will you be doing?
- Support with the design and execution of earned-first influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives, cultural trends and audience behaviours.
- Identify and analyse the right mix of influencers for our clients.
- Support with the development of campaign frameworks to ensure audience resonance and authenticity.
- Using Weber Shandwick’s proprietary approach to identify and score influencers, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Developing briefing documents, hosting briefing calls and coordination activation to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
- Monitor influencer content for quality, brand alignment and compliance with disclosure guidelines.
- Analysing and measuring the performance of influencer campaigns and refining strategies, delivering actionable insights to clients.
- Staying ahead of cultural and digital trends.
- Collaborating with broader TWSC teams to integrate influencer campaigns into larger communication programmes.
- Commercial and contract negotiations, working with the influencer strategy team and legal counsel to manage contracts.
- Effectively support with management of client influencer budgets.
- Working closely with internal teams to provide advice and identify opportunities to amplify influencer marketing with our existing clients.
Who are you?
- The job requires prior experience as a Senior Associate working on integrated influencer campaigns; ideally in an agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer collaborations (both paid and organic).
- Understanding of influencer marketing in the context of PR and earned media.
- Has experience working in PR or marketing, with an understanding of the wider media landscape.
- Self starter with confidence in outreach and discussions with influencer agents.
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques
- Experience in using data and analytics-focused tools to identify influencers and measure campaign results.
- Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Possesses skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimisation.
- Has a creative mindset.
- Strong awareness of what’s going on in culture and is up to date with recent trends and campaigns.
