Weber Shandwick Promotes Jean Paoli to Executive Creative Director, Europe
Weber Shandwick, the earned-first global communications agency, announced today the promotion of Jean Paoli to Executive Creative Director, Europe, effective immediately. He has worked on award-winning campaigns for brands such as Iberdrola, Dacia and Purina.
Paoli who has spent the last six years as Creative Director at Weber Shandwick Paris, will now oversee the creative teams across Weber Shandwick offices in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain and France. He will continue to be based in Paris. In his new role, he will be instrumental in driving the creative direction across the six markets he is responsible for. He will also focus on multi-market pitches to drive the regional growth agenda.
Paoli’s innovative work has earned the agency numerous accolades over the years, including a Best of Discipline/Grand Prix in Innovation and Design and a Gold at One Show last year, two Bronze and one Silver at Cannes Lions and a Silver at Eurobest for The Turnstile Turbines for Iberdrola. His recent achievements also include a Glass Award at Eurobest, a Gold at the Aya Inclusion Awards and three Bronze awards at Clio Health for Frida’s The Uncover in 2023. In 2024, Paoli’s work won seven Clio Awards, including one Gold, as well as a Gold at the Andy International Awards. Additionally, he served as a juror in the PR category at the London International Awards and at Clio Health in the Business Transformation category this year. Earlier in his career, he won the Silver Young Lions for Amnesty International.
Based in Paris, Paoli will report to Tom Beckman, Global Head of Creative, Weber Shandwick.
