Weber Shandwick Wins Talent Management Team/Person of the Year 2023  at the Campaign UK Agency of the Year Awards

Last night, Weber Shandwick was awarded Talent Management Team/Person of the Year 2023 at the Campaign UK Agency of the Year Awards, held at the Royal Lancaster London hotel.

 

This Award highlights Weber Shandwick’s employee experience journey, organised into four key areas – Find Me, Know Me, Grow Me, Keep Me. The ‘people plan’ emphasises inclusivity and offers extensive DEI training for managers. A strategy that helps attract and retain top talent in the industry.
