Barnaby is a crisis, issues and financial communications specialist with over 25 years experience helping to protect and promote the reputation of global organisations.
He provides strategic communications counsel and coaching to the CEO’s and founders of international businesses from sectors including financial services, tech and fin-tech, consumer goods, retail, gambling, airline and other transportation, healthcare, food and beverage and defence.
He is an expert in highly regulated businesses and has previously advised regulators including the FCA and other Government organisations, and has experience in creating strategic responses to complex issues and crises, across every stakeholder.
Barnaby started his career in investor and financial communications and has experience in handling matters that regulatory issues and enforcement, litigation, natural and man-made disasters, environmental, health and safety issues, bankruptcies and restructurings, M&A, activist shareholders, board disputes, industrial action, product recalls, terror threats and attacks, consumer activism, whistleblowers, cyber threats and other critical risks.
Barnaby has a wealth of experience in helping organizations to prepare for the critical threats they face. Helping to identify and track risks, design crisis plans and communications cells, leads simulation exercises to test those plans and training CEOs, Founders and other major figures to respond to internal and external audiences with confidence and empathy.
