Carolyn Dawson

Carolyn is the CEO of Founders Forum Group, a global community and portfolio of businesses that support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. She oversees all Founders Forum sub-businesses and events, and spearheaded the relaunch of Tech Nation under the group’s umbrella.

 

Since 2015, she has led London Tech Week – first as President of FTSE 100 company Informa Tech, and now through a joint venture between Founders Forum and Informa. For her contributions to advancing the UK technology sector, she was awarded an OBE. Carolyn also serves as a member of the Digital Skills Council, Ukraine Tech Bridge Advisory Board, Centre for Entrepreneurs trustee, is a member of CMIT, and sits on the board of RM plc, a leading provider of IT products and services to the education sector. Under her leadership Founders Forum Group is orchestrating the first ever physical UK House at WEF in Davos this January.
