With 15 years’ industry experience, Dean leads the 40-strong team in Weber Shandwick’s Manchester office.
Working with start-ups to Fortune 500 multinationals, across a wide range of sectors including retail, food and drink, technology and healthcare, Dean elevates the reputations of his clients by devising and executing earned-first, insight-led, culturally relevant, and objective-driven campaigns. An experienced media trainer, Dean has considerable experience managing crisis and issues projects on behalf of global organisations and their senior leadership.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Dean was a broadcast and business journalist. This media experience enables him to shape client campaigns with earned at their core, guaranteeing engagement with media and wider stakeholder groups.
He is passionate about helping team members build fulfilling and energising careers, and ensuring the agency maintains an inclusive and high-performance culture.
