Mónica brings more than twenty years’ experience in the development of advocacy strategies and campaigns and is a crisis communications specialist, with core strength in advising on corporate reputation.
She has worked across a variety of sectors including health, sustainability, energy, food & agriculture, and technology, with a client experience portfolio that includes Bayer CropScience, Cargill, Microsoft, Roche, Sanofi, the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline and the Zero Emissions Platform.
Before joining Weber Shandwick, Mónica worked for FTI Consulting and Hill & Knowlton. She holds a degree in journalism and cultural communication from the Catholic University of Lisbon. In addition to Portuguese, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
