Natalie leads Weber Shandwick’s multi-award winning 60-strong Scottish team based across offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow offering creative, media relations, public affairs, crisis, strategy and insights and a graphic design studio.
With over 20-years’ experience in consultancy, Natalie helps organisations navigate complex change, providing executive counsel and strategic support to local and global clients, with particularly expertise across the energy sector value chain, cleantech, biotech and food and agriculture.
Natalie is passionate about developing people, with a particular interest in equality in the workplace, and is a member of the Scottish Apprenticeship Advisory Board (SAAB) and Chair of its Gender Commission that brings together equality experts, employers, key influencers and representatives from education and aims to offer solutions designed to address any real or perceived barriers to improving gender balance in the workforce. Natalie is a Fellow of the PRCA and was previously Chair of its Scotland Group.
