Tatyana joined Weber Shandwick’s Health team in April 2021. She works with a variety of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, focusing on digital, event management and strategy. As a member of the UK inclusion board, Tatyana supports the development of DEI strategies to help foster an inclusive workplace culture. In her free time, she learns French, draws and travels the world.

Who inspires you and why?

Anyone who finds a way to both pursue their
passions and build a successful career.

What does the ‘Era of Earned’ mean to you?

A shift in comms strategy – emphasising the
benefits and impact of earned media vs paid.
Compelling storytelling and authenticity are key!

What is the best thing you have learnt since
joining Weber Shandwick?

The importance of building strong client
relationships – fostering meaningful connections
based on trust, mutual respect, and shared goals.

What’s the best opportunity you have had since joining Weber Shandwick?

The opportunity to work across multiple geographies
has been incredibly enriching. I’ve lived in several
countries and I’m fluent in four languages, which has
helped me cultivate a global mindset and broaden my horizons.

Describe a typical day at Weber Shandwick

I typically reach the office at 9am and make a
beeline for my favourite spot by the window, as
I enjoy the natural light and the amazing view of
The City. Once settled, I dive into my to-do list
for the day. At Weber Shandwick, each day brings
new challenges and opportunities, thanks to its
fast-paced environment. It’s never boring!

If you got a place on Access all Areas where
would you travel to and why?

Japan – its rich cultural heritage, stunning
landscapes and innovative advancements make it
a fascinating destination to explore. I would
relish the opportunity to experience Japan’s
business and communications practices firsthand,
to broaden my global perspective and better navigate
international projects.
