Here at United Minds, we are always looking for great talent to join us. If you don’t see an open role that matches your skillset at this time, please send us your CV and we’ll keep in touch about future openings in London, and remotely.
Who is United Minds?
At United Minds, our purpose is to make business more human. We get to the heart of organisations – the people – to put them first. Helping leaders shape the future of their organisations with their people and for their people. That’s not because we don’t believe processes aren’t important, but because we know it’s people that really make change happen.
Our core services include organisational transformation (M&A and spin-offs, restructures, marketing and digital transformation), leadership alignment, talent strategy development, culture change and employee experience.
We are led by our values: Big Thinking; Little Details; Giant Heart. We thrive on bringing original ideas to the table, but know this only comes alive in the details. And most importantly, we do this with our whole heart – giving ourselves permission to care for each other, for the work, for our clients and ourselves.
What’s more, with our access to the wider Weber Shandwick Collective, unlike many of our competitors, we’re able to tap into creative capabilities, the latest in AI thinking, and research, data and analytics to supercharge our solutions for clients.
What’s our ambition?
In a world defined by “extreme change”, we’re uniquely positioned to help our clients navigate the myriad of challenges they face. Our outside-in mindset means we’re constantly incubating new offerings around change and transformation, organisational culture, and leadership impact, to ensure we’re future-orientated and can offer our clients a new perspective.
We’re thought partners to big international organisations such as Pfizer, Novartis, Olympus, Nestle and GSK, as well as less well-known (but equally mighty in their impact) companies like Inalfa, RS Components and Skipton Building Society.
As we continue our growth trajectory, we’re on the hunt for talented people to join our team. We’re interested in hearing from you if you’re comfortable flexing across different types of change programmes, happy to adapt to different ways of working, and enjoy navigating multiple client industries and topics.
What’s it like to work for us?
We’re a small team in the UK. Our interactions are built on trust, empowerment and compassion for each other and our clients. And because we’re small, everyone has the opportunity to get involved in nurturing the business as we scale and shape our future, regardless of seniority.
We believe personal growth is important. Everyone gets their own Learning and Development fund to use in line with their career objectives and passion points, and we do regular inspiration sessions and training activities as a team – keeping curious minds engaged and ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry trends.
United Minds is a global company, meaning we also have regular touchpoints with our US, LATAM and APAC teams, often working on projects together. And we also get the benefit of being part of the wider Weber Shandwick Collective and all the benefits you’d expect from working for one of the world’s biggest and best communications networks. If you’re interested in finding out more about who we are, check out the team bios on our website.
Note from the Talent Team:
We appreciate the time take to apply for the role and your recent interest in United Minds.
