About the Apprenticeship
This is a full-time apprenticeship. You’ll work four days per week with your team and dedicate one day per week to your formal study, leading to a recognised Level 3 Data & Insights For Business Decisions qualification. We offer a hybrid working model, with a mix of remote and in-office collaboration.
What will you be doing?
As an Analytics Apprentice, you’ll help turn numbers into stories. You’ll support the team with research, analysis, and reporting, learning how to apply data to real client challenges and campaigns.
You might find yourself:
- Collecting and analysing data to help guide decision-making
- Creating visual reports and dashboards for clients
- Monitoring campaign performance on digital and social media platforms
- Researching audiences, trends, and competitors
- Supporting new business pitches with insights and stats
- Learning about tools like Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics
Who are you?
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Naturally curious, with a love for finding patterns and making sense of data
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage tasks independently
- A good communicator, able to explain things clearly and simply
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and open to learning new tools
- Interested in how data can drive creative thinking and strategy

- Writing press releases, media pitches, and social media posts
- Building media lists and researching journalists
- Tracking media coverage and pulling together reports
- Helping organise events and campaign activations
- Attending client meetings and supporting with notes and actions
- Conducting research into industry trends or new business opportunities
- Supporting the team with admin and project coordination
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who is:

- A good communicator, both in writing and verbally

You’ll spend four days a week working with your creative team, and one day a week studying towards a recognised Level 3 Advertising and Media Executive qualification. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility to combine remote working with in-person collaboration at our London office.
What will you be doing?
As a Creative Apprentice, you’ll work alongside a talented team of designers, writers, and content creators. You’ll contribute to real campaigns, learn how ideas are developed, and start building a portfolio of your own.
Your tasks could include:
- Supporting brainstorming sessions and creative workshops
- Creating social media content, visuals or short copy
- Researching trends, visual styles, and creative references
