We can’t wait to
meet you
We’re one of the world’s leading agencies and we’re not stopping there. We’re looking for creative collaborators to push us in exciting new directions every single day. Intrigued?
Fostering a culture of belonging
Access All Areas
Our ‘Access All Areas’ mobility programme, gives TWSC employees across EMEA and APAC the opportunity to work from another office in our network for up to two weeks, work flexibly from a location of their choice for up to 45 days each year, and opt to permanently relocate to a different country. This initiative actively develops team members, enabling them to make the next move in their career throughout our organisation – on a global scale.
We are proud signatories of The Mindful Business Charter
We’re the first integrated comms and marketing agency to join a wide range of global businesses that have signed up to The Mindful Business Charter, which fosters healthier ways of working.
Celebrating National Inclusion Week
Last November, we celebrated National Inclusion Week - an initiative created by Inclusive Employers to foster conversations about inclusion and diversity within our network and prioritise their significance for our company’s future.
Marking Black History Month
Throughout October 2023, we celebrated Black History Month in the UK. Under the theme ‘Saluting our Sisters’, we gave a platform to our black female colleagues across the UK to share their experiences through a ‘Fireside Chat’ series.
Boosting Career Opportunities in Comms with Creative Access
Together with the leading diversity, equity and inclusion social enterprise, Creative Access, we are proud to introduce ‘Launchpad’ - a programme aiming to improve access to the comms industry for individuals from groups under-represented in the sector.
Wellbeing
Helping our people stay happy, healthy, and productive is our no.1 priority. Across EMEA we have ‘Open Minds’, which supports mental wellbeing, regional partnerships with This Can Happen, the Mindful Business Charter and a global partnership with Project Health Minds.
Our industry-first partnership with the University of Salford
We have partnered with the University of Salford’s journalism department to launch a scheme which will see the latest industry insights and practices embedded into the University’s curriculum, and trainee placements held exclusively for Salford students.
